Tonight I had the most wonderful mama moment in the kitchen with my two little girls. The sun was setting and the windows were open bringing in a warm evening spring breeze. I was half way through a floor mop and dirty dinner dishes were still in the sink, but we danced anyway. Thanks to this beautiful song playing on repeat, we danced, and twirled, and then I cried. These days go so fast…if only I could stay in this moment forever, twirling these little girls around the hardwood floor in their jammies, snuggling their baby soft skin, and listening to their sweet little laughter. This is my heaven.
